It's been a beautiful spring here in Wilmington, so one day the DQ decides we just need to get everyone out of the house.
Where to? I ask. She answers that it's time that I see the largest oak tree in the world (or something like that.)
And it was... huuuuuge! We showed all the little people too, who were somewhat underwhelmed.
The Pizz preferred looking at all the wildlife -- geese, swans, turtles, etc. The only sad part of the day: the butterflies apparently were on vacation, or pollinating the gardens.
Next stop?? Who knows!! That's the fun of it all....
