Happy BDay DQ!
Woohoo!!!
Well the DQ turns the page on another year! So what does BY Universe celebrate with: pizza and cupcakes!!!
Well, for a 37yo, she rocked it like a 7yo, and was promptly asleep by 9!
Happy BDay, DQ! You're the bomb! (Maybe well change your name to something more apropos)

The BabyYarnoz Weekend Update
Whew! As DQ and I wind down, while watching the Pizz play quietly, I have a moment to use the iPhone blogger app to post an update
(Editors note: I've thought recently about my lack of posts, either witty or otherwise. It's been tough to maintain good content. Especially when, come 9pm when the Kizzles are down and then chores are done, I'm exhausted. Also the sketchy fringes of out wifi make posting frustrating as well. I apologize)
So, I digress, we had a busy weekend. Saturday we awoke to magic waffles. Then we left the GM to go to Fit for Fun for the rest of the morning. We played out all am.
Then we took Team Chaos on the road to Ruby Tuesday for lunch. (Editors note: yes, I realize the RT is not trendy cool or chic. But for Team Chaos it's perfect. It's quiet, relatively unpopulated, and then salad bar provides instant food! There's no shame in my game). Coco ate his weight in diced ham. Mila daintily ate ham, eggs, and my French fries. Pizz ate Mac n cheese!
Afterwards, family nap time for all! The pm hours were spent stomping in the yard. This moved right into movie night with popcorn and the Pizz. Tonight's showing was Tangled. Cute. Then daddy got to watch some football before passing out at 11.
Sunday came way too early. The Kizzles woke up at 6 and were hungry. DQ made muffins and we chowed down. Somehow we passed away the time until church. The Kizzles got their play in, while DQ and I got our God on.
Afterwards we got greedy and tried to take all to Whole Foods to go shopping. That was a mistake. We arrived to grab a cart with a cart. Pizz and Mila sat in the cart, while I held Coco. This lasted 2 minutes when Mila tried to exit the moving vehicle. This led to a Chinese fire drill right in the middle of the store. Kids were in and out of the cart. We had already got some product, when we decided to pull the plug. Finally, the Kizz settled down with Pizz and Coco in the car (Pizz driving) and Mila in DQs arms.
We scurried home, ate lunch, and put Kizzles down. I then went to Sams to stock up on necessary product. There I found our newest addition to the Yarnoz fleet- a bike trailer. I hurried home with my booty, all excited
When the Kizzles awoke, we went for a family bike ride!!!! Holy moley!! This actually lasted much longer then I thought, and Coco actually kept his helmet on!!!
We came back to have a snack. But, with our newfound adventuresome giddiness, we went out again- this time to a park (in the minivan).
Whew!
Needless to say, I'm beat. Hope the pics come through.

A BabyYarnoz Xmas Eve!
(yes... this post is delayed... it has been a whirlwind 48hrs)
So last night was a whirlwind. I was post call from the weekend, and didn't get home until noon. The DQ took the kids to the Aquarium. We met for lunch (at our new family eatery... Ruby Tuesdays!) and then went home.
After the Kizzles had a 3 hour nap (!!!!), the BY Xmas was on.

Everyone got lined up.
Time to open gifts. Kemper was the leader!
Mila got in on the act... "Y is for Yarnoz!!!"
Time for Octopusses... er... Octopi?
Coco gets his Train...
(Editors Note: the Dude really is not photogenic. I need to use the Sports setting and snap like 20 pics to get on that is even remotely close to good)
"OMIGOSH! Is that a TENT?!"
Some assembly required!
This tent was like baby-crack. They were wide open for 30minutes. Photos really do not do it justice. I will have to upload video.
Almost time for bed. We've got our PJs on... Have to leave the Reindeer food outside!
Have to test to make sure that the cookies are good for Santa!

The BY Universe Master Plan
So, we here in BY Universe try to lead by example.
We take the team chaos on tours, quietly promoting birth control. We try to live green, now with our solar panels. We promote baby signing time with our superior intelligence.
And now we another example that we are advancing our heritage.
Sent from my iPhone, this is the daily email from our school.

Well our Christmas treats week has come to an end. Today’s treat was hot chocolate. For art today, we colored pre-cut mugs and added real hot chocolate and marshmallows. During group today, we were able to taste the real thing. We all sat in group and enjoyed a cup of warm hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream before we went outside. Doesn’t that sound so good? Not only does it sound good it tasted good as well. We also sang Christmas songs while we were waiting for our hot chocolate.
When we came back in from outside we did our show and tell. We always have such cool things to share with our friends. After show and tell we read a book that our friend Kemper brought in called “Cajun Night Before Christmas”. All of our friends enjoyed the story. (Especially me trying to use my Cajun accent)This afternoon we will sing more Christmas songs and discuss what our favorite Christmas treat are.
Have a great weekend everyone.

A BY Ornament Obituary
We here in BY Universe are deeply saddened by the passing of Pinnochio. He was a good ornament, lasting in the Yarnoz house for almost 5 years.
Details of his demise are sketchy. But our crack reporters were on the scene. It appeared to be a gruesome leg injury.
Pinnochio is survived by Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Santa Claus, a ballerina, and Rudolph.
